(LEAD) Special counsel wraps up 180-day probe after indicting Yoon, 57 others

SEOUL, Aug. 24 (Yonhap) — South Korea's special counsel team, led by Kwon Chang-young, has concluded its 180-day investigation.

The probe resulted in the indictment of Yoon and 57 other individuals.
