CHICOPEE — There is a warrant out for the arrest of a Springfield man for an alleged hit-and-run on Memorial Drive last Thursday, court documents show. Freddy Almando Cuello-Mejia, a 29-year-old from Springfield, will be charged with four felonies and two misdemeanors for allegedly running over another person with his blue Honda, according to court documents.
