St. Pete man arrested after 12-year-old niece gives birth to his child: police

Petersburg man was arrested on a charge of capital sexual battery after a 12-year-old gave birth to his child, according to police. The Baxley Police Department says that one of the people arrested was the missing child's biological mother.
