STAT+: Sword Health to acquire Headspace, according to filing

Digital health company Sword Health, which specializes in AI-powered virtual physical therapy, has initiated plans to acquire the mental health firm Headspace. The move was disclosed through a regulatory filing submitted to the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission on July 22, in which Headspace reported a material change to its corporate structure.
