The death toll from the collapse of a building in Gaza, where dozens of displaced people were living, has risen to 16.

At least 20 people have died and approximately 60 remain missing following the collapse of a six-story residential building in Gaza on Wednesday morning. The structure, which was housing displaced individuals, fell onto adjacent tents set up in a street in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. The casualty figures were reported by the Al Shifa Hospital and the Gazan Ministry of Health.
