News - Investigation underway into school bus driver who exceeded the legal blood alcohol limit by nine times

Local police in Málaga, Spain, are investigating the driver of a school bus after he tested positive for alcohol levels nine times higher than the legal limit permitted for professional drivers. The incident, reported on September 16, prompted the Grupo de Investigación de Accidentes y Atestados (GIAA) to initiate formal proceedings against the individual.

The driver is currently under investigation for an alleged crime against road safety. Authorities intervened following the breathalyzer test, which confirmed the driver had significantly exceeded the strict blood alcohol concentration standards mandated for those responsible for transporting students.
