Suprema Corte revive el caso de Rosendo Radilla Pacheco, víctima de desaparición forzada durante la Guerra Sucia

The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) in Mexico has exercised its power of attraction to review a case concerning the forced disappearance of Rosendo Radilla Pacheco. The incident occurred on August 25, 1974, in Atoyac de Álvarez, Guerrero, during the period historically known as the Dirty War.
