SURVEILLANCE REVIVAL: NMB’s R6m crime-fighting ‘Loerbroer’ is finally back in action

Nelson Mandela Bay's high-tech surveillance vehicle, known as 'Loerbroer', has returned to active service after spending years on the sidelines. The R6-million mobile unit is deployed on city streets to bolster local security efforts.
