Swedish election in dead heat as blocs almost equal; in surprise, far right loses ground

Sweden's national election has resulted in a dead heat, with the ruling and opposition blocs separated by only a single seat according to the election authority. The ongoing vote count is based on results from 4,853 out of 6,312 districts nationwide.
