Syria agrees to deal with Russia over future use of 2 key Mediterranean bases

Syria and Russia have reached a formal agreement regarding the future use of two strategic Mediterranean coastal bases located in Syria. According to the Syrian Foreign Ministry on Sunday, the newly brokered deal ultimately ends the use of these facilities as military outposts for Moscow.
