Tackling insecurity as a collective in Yorubaland, By Onigbinde, Ojudu, Farotimi, et al.

Prominent figures including Onigbinde, Ojudu, and Farotimi have called for a collective approach to address security challenges in Yorubaland. The group proposes the urgent convening of a Yoruba Security and Civic Renewal Summit to formulate strategies against ongoing insecurity.

The proposed summit aims to bring together a broad coalition of stakeholders, including regional governors, traditional rulers, legislators, security practitioners, academics, labour leaders, business executives, youth organisations, women's groups, and civil society representatives.
