Taiwán alejó a 16 embarcaciones chinas que realizaban maniobras de “acoso marítimo” alrededor de la isla

On Sunday, October 18, the Taiwan Coast Guard reported that it successfully drove away 16 Chinese vessels participating in simultaneous maritime harassment operations around the main island of Taiwan and the Pratas Islands.

The operations marked another incident of heightened maritime tension in the region, involving coordinated Chinese vessel maneuvers close to Taiwanese-administered territories.
