Tanzania’s Anglican Church formally installs PM Nchemba as its Lay Canon

Prime Minister Dr. Mwigulu Nchemba of Tanzania has been formally installed as a Lay Canon of the Anglican Church of Tanzania in Tanga.

According to church officials, this appointment marks a historic milestone as Dr. Nchemba becomes the first individual from outside the Anglican denomination to receive this honorary position.
