Tanzania stresses on promoting, protecting Kilwa Kisiwani, Songo Mnara Ruins as world heritage sites

Tanzania has officially emphasized the necessity of promoting and protecting the Kilwa Kisiwani and Songo Mnara Ruins as designated world heritage sites. Officials underscored that the historical location holds significant value for the history of both Africa and the wider world.

The remarks regarding the preservation and development of the ruins were delivered in Lindi by a Tanzanian ambassador.
