Target achieved: Late medal flourish means NZ can call Glasgow a success

New Zealand achieved its medal target at the stripped-back Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, concluding the event with a late flourish of titles across six different sports.

The successful campaign was capped off on the final night of competition by a netball title and a gold medal in judo. This strong finish allowed the New Zealand delegation to officially deem the Glasgow Games a success.
