Tasmanian Liberals to have conscience vote on banning conversion practices

Tasmanian Liberal MPs will be permitted a conscience vote on a proposed bill by the Greens aimed at banning conversion practices in the state. Tasmanian Minister Felix Ellis confirmed the decision regarding the legislation.

Minister Ellis also stated his personal stance on the matter, indicating that he intends to vote against the Greens' bill when it comes before parliament.
