The Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic (TC) has rejected a legal challenge aimed at overturning the distribution criteria for public funds allocated to political parties, groupings, and movements.

The contested criteria were originally established by the Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE), governing both the allocation of state financial resources and ballot positioning. By dismissing the appeal, the Constitutional Court has preserved the current framework upheld by the TSE.

This ruling maintains the status quo regarding state financing for political organizations in the country, ensuring that the TSE-mandated distribution guidelines remain in full effect.
