NewzKINGSTON, Jamaica β A 13-year-old girl was fatally stabbed Thursday evening following an altercation with two other female students in St James. The deceased has been identified as Jessina Pearce of McKenzie Drive in Flanker, St James. Police report that about 6:55 pm, Pearce was involved in an argument with two other girls.
The dispute escalated and the other two allegedly stabbed Pearce. She was taken to the hospital for treatment but later succumbed to her injuries. Police said one of the girls involved has been taken into custody.
