Telefónica Spain creates a Hardware and Devices unit and hires Alberto Ruano from Lenovo to lead it

Telefónica España has established a new Hardware and Devices Directorate within its residential B2C business sector. The newly created unit is designed to consolidate all of the company's terminal, device, and hardware equipment operations under a single organizational umbrella.

To lead this new division, Telefónica España has recruited Alberto Ruano away from Lenovo. The appointment places Ruano at the head of the company's newly centralized hardware and device strategy for its residential market.
