Televisa y Fintech acuerdan comprar AT&T México por 2.000 millones de dólares

Grupo Televisa and Fintech Holdings have reached an agreement to acquire AT&T’s mobile telephony business in Mexico for 2 billion dollars. The deal, announced in Mexico City on October 13, involves the transfer of assets from the United States-based telecommunications giant to the local consortium.
