Tellado accuses the Government of "denying assistance" in the face of "the invasion" of Ceuta and blames it for the death of 150 people

Miguel Tellado, secretary-general of the People's Party (PP), has accused the Spanish government of "failure to render assistance" during a mass entry of migrants into Ceuta on July 30, holding the administration responsible for 150 deaths. Tellado stated that the National Court will determine the judicial and criminal responsibilities regarding the events, which he characterized as an "invasion."

In response to the situation in Ceuta, the National Police is establishing a designated facility to expedite asylum applications for the migrants who entered the autonomous city during the mass arrival. Authorities are working to process these requests as the legal and humanitarian situation continues to unfold following the border events.
