Tens of thousands march in Lisbon over housing, cost of living crisis

Tens of thousands of people marched in Lisbon to protest a severe housing and cost of living crisis affecting the region.

The demonstrations in Portugal's capital coincide with similar widespread protests in France targeting rising costs and declining public services, as well as smaller demonstrations held in Belgium and mass protests in Albania.
