I do not consider it easy because every vote is important,” he told FMT.Teo, who is involved in a straight fight with Barisan Nasional's Chong Fui Ming, of MCA, said his campaign focus is on all levels of society regardless of race.On claims that the wave of support for BN among non-Malay voters in Johor may occur in Negeri Sembilan, he said the political sentiments in the two states were different.“That is Johor, this is Negeri Sembilan. The situation and sentiments here are different,” he said.He said cooperation between BN and Perikatan Nasional was the right of both parties, but PH is ready to give its best."The important thing is for the people to choose candidates and parties that can truly help the people and fulfill their promises," he said.
Calon PH bagi Bahau, Teo Kok Seong berkata sentimen pengundi di Negeri Sembilan berbeza dengan apa berlaku di Johor.JEMPOL: Calon Pakatan Harapan (PH) di Bahau, Teo Kok Seong tidak mahu mengambil mudah peluang mempertahankan kerusi itu walaupun menang majoriti 8,408 undi, pada PRN lalu.Katanya, baki tempoh seminggu sebelum hari pengundian PRN Negeri Sembilan akan dimanfaatkan untuk bertemu seramai mungkin pemilih di kawasan tersebut.“Walaupun sebelum ini menang majoriti 8,408 undi, saya tetap akan berusaha bersungguh-sungguh untuk mempertahankan DUN Bahau. Saya tidak menganggapnya mudah kerana setiap undi amat penting,” katanya kepada FMT.Teo berkata, tumpuan kempennya merangkumi semua lapisan masyarakat tanpa mengira kaum.Mengulas dakwaan gelombang sokongan kepada Barisan Nasional (BN) dalam kalangan pengundi bukan Melayu di Johor mungkin berlaku di Negeri Sembilan, Teo berkata sentimen politik di dua negeri itu berbeza.“Itu Johor, ini Negeri Sembilan. Keadaan dan sentimen di sini berbeza,” katanya.Mengenai kerjasama antara BN dan Perikatan Nasional (PN), Teo berkata perkara itu menjadi hak dua parti berkenaan, namun PH bersedia memberi saingan terbaik.“Yang paling penting ialah rakyat memilih calon dan parti yang benar-benar dapat membantu rakyat serta menunaikan janji,” katanya.Pada PRN 1 Ogos ini, Teo berdepan calon BN, Chong Fui Ming.
