Third-place finisher in Brazil election endorses Flavio Bolsonaro for runoff against Lula

Brazilian right-wing Senator Flavio Bolsonaro secured the endorsement of author-psychiatrist Augusto Cury on Thursday for the upcoming October 25 runoff election.

Cury finished third in Sunday's first-round presidential election. He is now backing Bolsonaro in his runoff contest against incumbent leftist President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
