Brother of Lorenzo Salgado released from ICE custody, two months after witnessing fatal shooting, family says

Victor Hugo Salgado, detained by ICE after witnessing his brother's fatal shooting, is now out of ICE custody, his family said in a statement. Victor Hugo Salgado Araujo, the brother of the man shot by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents in early July, was released from detention Sunday morning, according to his attorney.
