Three dead, three missing as jeep plunges into Sunkoshi river

Three people have died and three others are missing after a Tata Sumo jeep plunged approximately 200 metres from the Mid-Hill Highway into the Sunkoshi river in Sindhuli. The incident occurred at 2:30 am on Sunday.

Four passengers, including the driver of the vehicle, were successfully rescued from the scene following the accident. Rescue and recovery operations continue for those still unaccounted for.
