Three teenaged siblings were killed after the roof of a house collapsed in Karyanwala Burwala locality due to heavy rainfall. According to Rescue 1122, the wooden roof of a room caved in, trapping the children under the debris. Rescue teams reached the scene, pulled the children from the rubble and shifted them to a nearby hospital.
However, the victims were pronounced dead. Falak Sher, 13, Ali, 15, and Iman, 15, children of Aslam, were killed in the incident. Rescue officials urged the people to avoid staying in structurally unsafe buildings during the ongoing monsoon season and to take precautionary measures to prevent such incidents.
