Toch geen boetes voor boeren die op A31 reden: 'Onduidelijk wie wat heeft gedaan'

Farmers who drove their tractors on the A31 in Friesland earlier this month will not receive fines. Although the police initially announced intentions to issue penalties, they have since determined that there is insufficient evidence to identify individual offenders or specific actions taken during the event.

A police spokesperson stated that the necessary basis to retrospectively issue citations is lacking. Consequently, no enforcement action will be taken against the participants involved in the incident.
