Measures are being taken to reinforce security in Ocaña and Norte de Santander after an ELN attack: the military and police campaign Sparta will be activated.

Following a terrorist attack on the El Trapiche Military Canton in Ocaña, Norte de Santander, on September 4, authorities have implemented new security measures in the region. The attack has been attributed to the National Liberation Army (ELN).
