Tropical Storm Dolly does not yet pose a threat to the Dominican Republic

Tropical Storm Dolly is currently moving rapidly westward, located over 1,800 kilometers from the Lesser Antilles. As of Friday, the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) reports that the system does not yet pose a direct threat to the Dominican Republic.

Despite the current lack of immediate danger, Indomet has issued a formal warning to monitor the storm's ongoing evolution. Authorities continue to track the phenomenon as it progresses across the Atlantic.
