Videos show flooding in eastern New York as heavy rain shifts to New England

Dangerous flooding is unfolding in eastern New York amid torrential rainfall. Parts of New Jersey got up to 5 inches of rain on Tuesday as first responders pulled people out of flooded streets. In eastern Pennsylvania, heavy rain also flooded highways and roads.
