Trader Joe's says its frozen PB&J sandwiches are 'squircles' — Smucker's says that doesn't matter

Trader Joe’s is facing a lawsuit from the parent company of a well-known PB&J sandwich brand — and a federal judge has just cleared it to proceed. Smucker can go ahead with the lawsuit against the popular grocer over frozen sandwiches that Smucker’s says are too similar to its well-known Uncrustables brand.
