The Sinaloa Congress approves the second resignation of Mexican governor Rubén Rocha Moya

The Congress of Sinaloa is scheduled to appoint an interim governor this Monday, August 24, following the departure of Rubén Rocha Moya. This transition occurs shortly after Rocha Moya requested a second leave of absence, just over 30 hours after he had officially resumed his duties as governor.
