"El Nenuco," an operator for the Sinaloa Cartel, is transferred to Baja California: he must answer for the murder of an agent in 2023.

Arturo Enrique Guillén García, also known as "El Secre" and/or "El Nenuco" and identified as an operator for the Sinaloa Cartel, has been transferred to Baja California. The move follows the execution of an arrest warrant by the State Attorney General's Office of Baja California.

Guillén García is slated to face legal proceedings regarding his alleged involvement in the 2023 murder of a law enforcement agent in the region.
