Travel by Canadians to the U.S. increases again, says Statistics Canada

# Canadian Travel to the U.S. Continues to Rise

Travel by Canadian residents to the United States increased in June, according to data from Statistics Canada. Canadian resident return trips from the U.S. totalled 1.7 million in June, representing a 3.2 per cent increase compared to June of the previous year.

The increase reflects an ongoing trend of cross-border travel activity between the two countries, with Canadians continuing to visit the U.S. at higher rates than in the comparable prior year period.
