Three pillars to support the Punta Cana aqueduct

The Integral Program for Aqueduct, Sanitation, and Reuse for Verón-Punta Cana is a major infrastructure project in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic. The initiative is supported by 400 million dollars in financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

As one of the most significant investments in the area's water infrastructure, the project aims to address long-term water and sanitation needs. While the scale of the funding is substantial, the success of the program remains dependent on factors beyond the initial capital investment.
