Trooper used vehicle to stop wrong-way driver on I-76

A Colorado State Patrol trooper used his vehicle to stop a wrong-way driver on Interstate 76 on Sunday. The trooper collided with the vehicle intentionally early Sunday. The other driver faces multiple charges, including DUI and reckless driving.
