Tropical Depression Fay moving slowly southward over the Atlantic, NHC says

The National Hurricane Center has tagged Invest 91-L in the Atlantic and said a tropical depression could form early to midweek. Little change in strength is forecast over the next several days for what is now Tropical Depression Fay in the Atlantic, according to the National Hurricane Center.
