A 40-year-old South Florida man is facing a felony charge after he allegedly recorded a minor while she was in the bathroom, according to investigators. Alderete is then seen in the video collecting the phone and ending the recording, which was approximately four minutes long, per his arrest form. Investigators said Alderete invoked his right to remain silent after he was taken to the police station for an interview.
