Trump admin unjustly revoked pro-Palestinian foreign students' visas, judge finds

A federal judge in California has ruled that the Trump administration unconstitutionally sought to revoke visas and deport international students for engaging in pro-Palestinian activism and criticizing Israel. In a 90-page decision issued on Friday, U.S. District Judge Noël Wise found that the government improperly used existing immigration authorities to target these students.

The court criticized the administration's efforts, determining that the actions infringed upon the foreign students' fundamental rights to free speech.
