Trump's memorial arch faces a new lawsuit from Arlington County, Virginia

The Arlington County Board in Virginia filed a lawsuit on Thursday in the Eastern District of Virginia opposing the construction of the Triumphal Arch.

The legal action makes Arlington County the first governmental body to formally challenge the planned monument commissioned by President Donald Trump.
