TSJPV deniega la incapacidad temporal a una mujer que se cogió la baja tras hacerse una abdominoplastia y liposucción

The Superior Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV) has ruled against a woman seeking temporary disability benefits following an abdominoplasty and liposuction procedure. The court determined that the leave, taken for surgeries performed for aesthetic reasons, did not qualify for the state-funded temporary incapacity benefit.
