Tuguba Clan disputes resolved as MRDC moves to resume Director Election

The Mineral Resources Development Company (MRDC) is moving forward to resume the Director Election for the Hides Petroleum Development Licence 1 (PDL1) Corporate Trustee after successfully resolving internal disputes within the Tuguba Clan.

Launched in 2024, the MRDC program was specifically designed to establish official clan bank accounts and facilitate the election of Directors to represent the community within the corporate trustee structure.
