Türkiye ends Euro para swimming on high with Kurt's 5th gold

On the final day of the European Para Swimming Championship on Saturday, Turkish swimmer Defne Kurt won the women’s 100-meter freestyle S10 event.

With this victory, Kurt secured her fifth gold medal of the competition and made history by becoming the first Turkish athlete to achieve the milestone, allowing Türkiye to conclude the tournament on a high note.
