Two families claim the same body after Bhotekoshi flood

Following a flood in the Bhotekoshi region, a dispute has arisen as two separate families have both claimed the remains of a single victim. Relatives continue to arrive in Pokhara to search for missing family members.

To resolve the conflicting claims and determine the true identity of the victim, authorities are turning to DNA testing.
