2 officers resign after shooting of car filled with teens at north St. Louis County McDonald's

Louis County Police spokesperson Vera Clay confirmed the officers' resignations but did not release their names. Their resignations come after police released video showing one of the officers firing 11 shots into a car full of teens on a chaotic night in July at a McDonald's.
