NewzA North Carolina physician is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say a road rage confrontation on Interstate 77 in Virginia ended with gunfire that wounded two sisters traveling in a Jeep. Virginia State Police said the incident occurred Aug. 22 along the northbound lanes of I-77 in Carroll County, a few miles north of the North Carolina border.
Police identified the suspect as 61-year-old Richard Thomas Arriviello of Charlotte, The New York Post reported.
