TZ strong GDP growth to create wealth, reduce poverty – AfDB

The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) projects that Tanzania’s real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will expand to 6.0 percent in 2025, up from 5.5 percent in 2024. This growth trajectory is highlighted in the bank's latest Country Focus report.

According to the AfDB, this sustained economic expansion holds the potential to generate national wealth and contribute to poverty reduction efforts within the country.
