Uganda: Court Gives DPP Nod to Extradition of Ugandan Katungi to the U.S.

[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- The Buganda Road Chief Magistrates Court has committed a former UPDF soldier, Michael Katungi Mpeirwe, to Luzira prison pending a decision by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs on his extradition to the United States of America.
