A large team is working through the early hours to control the Pinofranqueado fire.

An extensive deployment from Extremadura's forest fire fighting plan, INFOEX, worked through the early hours of Sunday morning to control a wildfire in Pinofranqueado, Cáceres.

The blaze, which was originally declared on the previous Tuesday, remains in a stabilized condition as firefighting crews continue their overnight operations.
